We came to the house for a 2-week vacation with three generations of our family. What a beautiful place! The main thing that we really appreciated is the generous space that this house provides. We found that we could comfortably get everyone together for meals or just for the big group to chat together, but on those occasions where folks wanted to read, play games or chill, there's plenty of space for everyone to find their own bit of peace and quiet. The veranda is huge and really allows everyone to either get together or not feel too crowded.
The place is really well equipped, which is great if you enjoy cooking on holiday. The pool is especially beautiful at night, where you can enjoy the lights from the harbour and surrounding hills.
We enjoyed walking to the restaurants in and around the harbour, and there's a decent supermarket for essentials just a short walk away. Pigeon Beach is a nice walk and so is Nelson's Dockyard.
If we come back to Antigua, we'd definitely want to stay at this place again!

The villa is always spotlessly clean and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking at home. We particularly appreciate how spacious it is, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms conveniently located off every bedroom.
Its convenient location, amazing views, and the expansive deck with an infinity pool make it our top choice for accommodation in Antigua.

Caribbena is a tip top choice if you want a reliable, pretty house, in walking distance of bars/restaurants at English Harbour. It’s quite new and the layout is especially sociable. All the rooms run off the main floor, making it great for family or crew life. Lots of loungey, cozy sofas. Nice style. Particularly easy to keep an eye out for smaller children. The pool is a decent size, not pokey. There’s a generous deck area for plenty guests, big barbies or just lounging quietly in the shade. And it all works. The kitchen is perfect if you want to cook a lot – very well fitted and supplied. The house is in a breezy, cool spot with a nice view of the harbour. Clare and Nathan are delightful in helping everything along as are the staff who come to keep the place looking beautiful so you can lounge in the pool.

You can sit on the wraparound deck at Caribbena for hours (and we have) the combination of the view of Falmouth Harbour and evening sunsets is hard to beat.
The location, just a short walk to all the restaurants and amenities of both Falmouth and English harbour is great.
First trip of 3 weeks was with our family of 9 adults and a toddler, including my 85 year old mother who loved the fact that everything was on one level. The villa is great for large groups with spacious bedrooms, is well equipped with everything you might need from a washing machine to bbq and grill and with plenty of inside and outside living spaces we never felt cramped. The pool is plenty big enough for the essential cooling off and just hanging on the infinity edge watching all the action in the harbour!
Our latest trip was with friends so just 4 of us. A definite benefit of being able to book by number of rooms meant we could again get to enjoy, and share, all the things we loved about staying at Villa Caribbena.
The management team are also great, always on hand both before arrival and during our stays any issues always dealt with promptly. They are also a great source of local info.
Would definitely recommend and that’s why we have just booked for our third stay.

We came to Caribbena as a group of three girls celebrating finishing our A Levels. We wanted a place where we could just lounge around for a week, and Caribbena is the perfect place for that. The pool overlooking the harbour is amazing and the wi-fi is great.
All of our bedrooms were massive and we all had our own huge en suite bathrooms.
We didn’t hire a car, but we didn’t need one, since everything is so close and we were able to walk to the bars, restaurants, beach and shops.

We stayed at Villa Caribbena for a week and had an absolutely wonderful time! We were traveling with adult children and the space was ideal. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing views of English Harbor. The Villa is very well appointed with high end thoughtful finishes. The en suite bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable fitted with high end linens. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything you need to prepare delicious meals and cocktails to enjoy on the patio. The pool is stunning with a breathtaking view of English Harbor and the marina. There also is huge wraparound porch with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun or shade! The location is fantastic, walking to all the great restaurants and shops. The property is fenced and has a great electric gate for easy access and plenty of parking. We can’t say enough about this gorgeous Villa! We look forward to returning and enjoying another amazing holiday!
Villa Caribbena is not just a rental property, it feels like a real home
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Caribbena for Christmas 2022. Having come off a sailing trip, it felt immediately relaxing and luxurious to get in to a spacious homely property with large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and all the amenities of home you could ask for. The wrap-around balcony is superb, and the views unbeatable.
We were a three generation family group, and the property worked really well providing everyone with the privacy and independence they needed. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, marinas and the dockyard.
Nathan and Clare, who manage the property, are welcoming, helpful and always on hand. They provisioned for us before arrival so we were good to go.
We have rented several houses in English Harbour - Villa Caribbena is not just a rental property, it feels like a real home. It ticked all the boxes for us and we would definitely return.
